iiyama expands their G-Master portfolio with five new Black Hawk models giving amateur gamers a competitive edge

iiyama introduces a new series of gaming monitors designed for gamers of varying expertise, giving gaming enthusiasts a competitive edge.

December 2023 – Boasting a 1ms MPRT and 100Hz refresh rate, the new iiyama gaming monitors (GB2445HSU, G2745HSU, GB2745HSU, G2745QSU, GB2745QSU) come in a variety of sizes and resolutions to meet varying needs of gamers.

The G-Master Black Hawk 45 Series monitors include 27’’ gaming monitors featuring both Quad HD (G2745QSU, GB2745QSU) and Full HD (G2745HSU, GB2745HSU) resolutions and a 24’’ FULL HD monitor: GB2445HSU, allowing users to choose the option which best fits their needs and space restrictions.

The displays feature cutting-edge IPS panel technology, a swift 1ms MPRT response time and a 100Hz refresh rate, which means smoother transitions between contrasting colours, smoother motion scenes in both movies and gaming, and even reduced mouse cursor flickering ensuring a lag-free and responsive gaming experience.

The AMD FreeSync technology puts an end to screen tearing and choppy gameplay by dynamically syncing the refresh rate and framerate. Combined with the quick response time and LFC (Low Frame Rate Compensation) it allows for smoother graphics and enhanced immersion for gamers of all expertise levels.

The monitors also feature the Black Tuner function, which enhances viewing performance in shadowed areas, and users can also select optimal settings and adjust them to different game types using the predefined custom gaming modes. All said, these new screens are not only ideal for gaming but perfect for the home office environment as well.

Three of them (GB2445HSU, GB2745HSU, GB2745QSU) offer a highly ergonomic height adjustable stand with the option to tilt, swivel and rotate the screen to portrait position. Equipped with HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, the monitors can be connected flexibly both to a PC and a game console. Integrated USB hubs provide convenient access to peripherals, enhancing the overall setup.
